  • Work with Senior Leadership and lead the prioritization discussions of new technology features.
  • Lead feature discovery sessions with internal users and clients to gain a deep understanding of business needs.
  • Develop and maintain functional requirements for new features.
  • Create wireframes and process visuals to assist engineering with delivering product that meets the functional requirements.
  • Work with engineering leadership to define, scope and meet project milestones on time.

HSS is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and future advancement of a suite of digital products for HSS Health. The HSS Health Product Manager will report to the VP of Strategic Partnerships be responsible for working with multiple technology partners, outsourced developers, and internal HSS IT stakeholders to build and integrate the technology architecture for HSS Health. Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of production experience on shipped console/PC or mobile games.
  • Production experience in a publishing organization.
  • Experience a producer and/or other production roles on shipped game titles.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in at least one area of game development (e.g., design, art, engineering, etc.).
  • Passion for games, an understanding of the industry and the knowledge of what makes great interactive entertainment.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with engineers, artists, and designers by taking on work that is immediately useful to external studios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the job

As a Game Producer for Stadia, you’ll support the development and launch of video games on our Google’s game streaming platform. You will lead smaller scale game projects and collaborate on complex, multi-disciplinary titles with external development partners and internal production teams to excellent interactive entertainment on Stadia. This includes tracking schedules, reviewing milestones, and identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span multiple offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it’s your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project’s progress and deadlines.

Stadia is Google’s premier Video Game platform, designed for everyone. It provides players new ways to discover, engage, and connect with content across multiple devices with no download required. Responsibilities

  • Drive the delivery of high quality games on time and on budget while building a strong working relationship with external game development studios.
  • Collaborate, align, and drive studios to meet internal project needs. Identify and/or remove any roadblocks to projects hitting quality and schedule goals.
  • Collaborate across many internal groups, including Engineering, Art, Design, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and with User Experience Research lead to get feedback and data on projects in development.
  • Design milestone schedules and organize cross-disciplinary project assessments of third-party projects..
  • Work with QA, Localization, Ratings, Voice Over, Live Operations, and other key support teams to successfully launch game titles on Stadia.
