The Shared Services Transformation team looks to define and implement strategic solutions across end-to-end process areas that cross Global Shared Services. The scope of work spreads across various areas within the Global Shared Services team, including but not limited to Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, T&E, Billing, and Payroll. The team works closely with business stakeholders across Procurement, Development, Community, Treasury, and Technology to define strategic operating model and technology solutions suited for the future state of the organization.

Collaborate with the Director of Transformation & Controls to develop global operations strategies that align with WeWork’s priorities and develop recommendations to drive decision-making
Identify process improvement opportunities across end-to-end Shared Services processes, and lead process and technology driven transformation and improvement across specific projects.
Identify and evaluate process pain points including root cause analysis and impact assessments
Develop business cases to substantiate the implementation of solutions and deliver sustainable solutions to accommodate rapid growth and expansion.
Work effectively and partner with other leaders across the entire WeWork portfolio to implement improved processes and pursue strategic objectives

Undergraduate degree from a top tier university with a major in finance, economics, statistics; MBA preferred

Responsibilities:
- Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment and management lifecycle
- Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks
- Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing relationships
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of outsourcing or advisory experience and/or specific functional domain experience in finance and accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Experience in business process reengineering, BPO, financial analysis, or data analysis
