Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage automated marketing campaigns within Marketing Cloud using Interaction Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder & Journey Builder
  • Take ownership of email marketing automation campaigns, specifically with SFMC
  • Leverage SFMC to create personized journeys across all customer touch points

Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Director-Marketing.

In this role, the successful candidate is focused on driving business value from the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform by bringing strategic, business thinking and stakeholder relationships to the teams initiatives. Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; masters preferred

Proven breadth and depth of marketing expertise able to work independently with little or no supervision
Experience designing and running multichannel marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, reporting and optimization
Experience managing large multi-touch marketing programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with distinct customer journeys and tracking towards increasing engagement metrics (open rate, click through rate, unsubscribe rate, ROI, etc.)
Knowledge of key industry metrics and ability to perform ROI analysis to drive insights
Working knowledge of CRM technology and campaign management tools
Have a holistic view of all marketing programs and how they interact and reinforce each other
Adept at process evaluation and re-engineering, contributes to process improvements by recommending process or system improvements and enhancements that can benefit the business
High level of understanding of Project Management and Software Development Lifecycle process
