An SAP Associate is the entry level position for individuals who have not had SAP or SAP consulting experience into the consulting or managed services organization within itelligence. In this role, the associate serves as a junior consultant that works with our clients, senior consultants, and other itelligence resources in developing and supporting business solutions that create value utilizing SAP. SAP is a powerful set of software that supports all business operations for enterprises across multiple industries to run and grow in key areas such as Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse Operations, Production, and Human Capital Management.

The SAP Associate will undergo formal training at itelligence headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio with a group of other analysts focusing on consulting skills, design thinking, value engineering concepts, business process and SAP skills in order to prepare the analyst to work with new clients on SAP implementation projects or as a support resource working the wide variety of existing itelligence clients in their managed services organization. This training will involve a combination of classroom training, self-study, and interaction with senior consultants and clients to prepare the analyst for his/her role within itelligence as a consultant.

To be effective, the SAP Associate will need strong interpersonal skills for successful interaction and communication with customers and internal resources. Candidates who are able to embrace a fast-paced learning style with technical aptitude and a passion to solve our client’s needs are encouraged to apply.

Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Cincinnati area for a period of 2 years and you must be open to travel up to 100% of the time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in internal learning initiatives in assigned SAP module.
  • Understand standard business process requirements.
  • Configure basic solutions in assigned SAP module.
  • Help in unit and integration test execution.
  • Document functional specifications.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical preferred), Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or Accounting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Executive Alignment workshops to clarify business transformation vision and scope, case for change, and program governance model

  • Identify and analyze, develop the management plans, and facilitate on-going engagement for Stakeholders
