WisdomTree Asset Management is seeking an experienced RFP Analyst. Responsibilities include supporting sales efforts across the Firm by collaborating with the sales team and various stakeholders to manage the production and execution of RFPs/RFIs and other ad hoc client requests, writing and maintaining investment language used within client proposals, and serving as lead on assigned projects. This individual will also have responsibility for completing various consultant questionnaires as part of the due diligence process.   • Complete and coordinate high quality and accurate RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and consultant questionnaires
  • Assist with the development of RFP processes/guidelines and effectively manage timelines while meeting internal and external deadlines
  • Craft new and more complex RFP responses, as well as enhancing existing language
  • Coordinate RFP completion through ongoing communication, relationship development and teamwork with Sales team members and subject matter experts throughout the Firm; focusing on collaboration and driving toward strategic priorities
  • Ensure that the Qvidian RFP response database is up-to-date with the most recent RFP responses and data
  • Work effectively with various internal groups to process and obtain relevant information for questions
  • Manage content management database, processes, policies and procedures

About this Role:

This is a critical marketing and business development role to help acquire new business and retain valuable clients. The Director of RFPs and Proposals will support Marketing and Sales on custom pursuits during a transformative time not only for the company, but also for the health care industry at-large. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and implement custom pursuit strategy, messaging, and themes in collaboration with Marketing and Sales to help win new business
  • Coordinate and project manage complex RFI/RFP responses, organizing responsibilities and timelines for all deliverables
  • Write compelling content for RFIs/RFPs and custom client proposals that address customer requirements, and showcase our company and product value proposition, branding, and technical product content
