Weichert Co. is looking to hire a Business Development Coach to work out of our Loudon, VA sales office. The Business Development Coach is responsible for acting as a mentor resource to Sales Associates, providing personalized guidance and support to help them grow their business. The position also recruits new and developing Sales Associates to the Company, ensuring they receive the necessary orientation, support, training, and guidance in order to be successful.   • Attends Listing Presentations with new Sales Associates and assists with listing paperwork.
  • Assists in preparing Agreements of Sales with the Sales Associates, as well as assisting their buyers execute all applicable paperwork.
  • Invites new Sales Associates to shadow their personal sales activities.
  • Assists unlicensed candidates enroll in the Weichert Real Estate School.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • State real estate license required

Full Job Description

We’re looking for a highly-driven part-time real estate assistant managing broker to assist in managing our growing brokerage. Areas of focus will be on Agent Recruiting, Agent Retention, and Agent Production. The ideal candidate will respond to calls and emails from agents with questions about their transactions or general real estate questions. The ideal candidate is a real estate professional who is an excellent communicator.

This is a remote and part-time position – you work from your own location – all you need is a computer with good internet and a phone (cell, VoIP, or landline). Current volume of calls and emails is limited so you would only get around 2-4 contacts a day (at-most) and would be compensated for the time spent handling those contacts (only about 5-10 hours a week to start but huge growth opportunity).

Successful candidates will be paid in a combination of a base salary, expenses, commissions, and potential bonuses.
