The following are the qualifications and responsibilities of this position:

The Commercial Real Estate Appraiser position requires the preparation of appraisals and consulting reports for a wide variety of real estate asset types including office buildings, multi-family properties, retail and shopping center properties, warehouse and industrial properties, and special use properties. Assignments will be located throughout New York City, Long Island, Westchester County, and New Jersey.

The position requires the ability to complete appraisal assignments with modest oversight. Strong problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills are necessary. The ability to complete projects within specific deadlines is a must.

Successful candidates will have opportunities for future growth within the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • State Certified General Real Estate Appraisal Certification in New York and/or New Jersey preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
