The Technical Project Manager, Sr. is responsible for the support and on-boarding process of new clients, as well as participating in the management of technology development for Toppan Merrill’s dynamic publishing solution, DPS. o Document requirements and logic for new features to be developed.

Essential Education
o Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant job experience.
Essential Experience and Skills
o 3+ years’ formal project management experience.
o Technical background which includes 3+ years working with a content management or document management system.
o 2+ years’ experience working with financial services, insurance, mutual fund, or investment management companies.
o Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and running meetings where technical requirements are being gathered and documented.
o Ability to travel when necessary.
o Some prior experience in managing software development; SaaS applications.
o Experience mentoring and/or training new users.

- Work with stakeholders to prioritize and determine the project’s acceptance criteria/critical success factors and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project
- Ensure project objectives are met within the constraints of project scope, time, cost and quality
- Actively monitor project dependencies and risks
- Lead, motivate, manage and support assigned team members to ensure adherence to process and procedures and to maximize contribution to effectiveness and efficiency
