As a Senior Manager, Product Strategy for Indeed you will lead a small team of Business Strategy and Operations Associates focused on delivering insights to support key business decisions, delivering on strategic initiatives, and supporting the product organization by helping to identify value-creation opportunities across the business. You will be comfortable solving ambiguous problems using both quantitative and qualitative data, and synthesizing information to deliver key insights. Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence.

Typical projects include:

  • Identifying and measuring core business levers and helping to identify, and size opportunities they present
  • Deep-dive analysis across functions and products to deliver detail-oriented analyses to business stakeholders
  • Collaborating with product, technology, sales, and ops teams to prioritize and deliver strategic initiatives
  • Driving adoption of new business management processes, focused on increasing velocity of cross functional teams

  • Experience working with senior leadership – serving as a thought partner with a bias towards practical execution
  • Experience developing team members through clear definition of roles and career paths, supporting day-to-day growth through engagement and feedback, and advocating for development and training
  • Experience scaling a team a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Finance, Technical Engineering, or a related quantitative field; MBA preferred

Other qualities that will give you a head start in our team:

  • Strong analytical skills across multiple types of data from financial / accounting data to product data

The Role:

A Product Strategist at Two Bulls provides our clients Product Owners with formal product management support. They guide a development engagement towards a successful client outcome, while reflecting commercial and product priorities back to the development team. The role is part agile product manager, part innovation consultant, and part client outcomes manager. The Product Strategist is more concerned with business outcomes of the software delivery, rather than the delivery itself.

  • Lead product discovery and innovation workshops either as part of the Inception client-onboarding process or ad hoc as required by a delivery engagement.
  • Define clear and feasible success metrics that can guide the client and the development team alike, and allow Two Bulls to demonstrate clear value.
  • Steer the client organization to a clear Product Owner relationship with the development team, and support that Product Owner throughout the engagement with formal product management skills and consulting advice.
  • Work with the Delivery Manager/Lead and the multi-disciplinary Development Team to maintain client priorities and manage towards client success.
  • Maintain a clear expectation with the client as to their outcomes and codify this in an agreed and current Release Plan at all times during the engagement.
  • Work with the Accounts team to ensure that the Two Bulls account direction and client product strategy are aligned at all times.
  • Monitor Two Bulls expenses and staffing costs related to the delivery of the engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in working with clients in product development & consulting, with an understanding of what makes a digital product which is second to none
  • 3+ years in managing or ideating large scale, technically complex, and designerly products
  • Experience as a client-facing engagement or project manager in an agile delivery team context, in either consulting or product development contexts
  • Additional experience in delivery team coaching, business analysis, user research or experience design is well regarded

Senior Product Strategist
Xaxis

Position Overview

As a Product Strategist, you will specialize in one advertiser vertical and align Xaxis’ media solutions to clients’ KPIs. You will also serve as the subject matter expert and key stakeholder of a high-profile product or platform solution. At Xaxis, you will work collaboratively across Operations and Account Services teams to propose products on media plans and ensure campaign performance. Most importantly, you will educate our clients on Xaxis’ offerings – you must be comfortable presenting and have strong intrapersonal skills. Essential Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of digital marketing experience; preferably using buy/sell-side technology
  • Presentation and storytelling skills; experience in business development or product marketing a plus
  • Experience developing presentations, effectively communicating complex concepts, and crafting recommendations on the spot
  • Knowledge of the digital landscape and major players in the marketplace; experience in an advertiser vertical a plus
  • Sound business judgment and commercial acumen
  • Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines
  • Strong intrapersonal skills; ability to speak to multiple stakeholders with different needs and viewpoints

Position Description
As a Product Strategist, Manager, you can look forward to:Supporting Product Management functions and presales support efforts for Institutional products.You will provide support and align with the Product strategy and provide robust delivery and technical oversight for all Advantage Fee Product Owner Team projects. Collaborate in a very efficient manner with Product Development, Professional services, QA, PMO and Product management. You will perform pre-sales support activities like RFP responses, pricing proposal, product collateral management and product demo preparation. Conceptualize the conversion of the installed software to a SAAS based solution which will involve solution delivery and roll out in 2019. You will formalize an efficient process to provide high level T-shirt size estimates for new business opportunities and implement appropriate agile implementation methodologies to ensure on- time high quality deliverables for all client and internal projects as well as lead internal and client presentations for technical deliverables specially for application GUI design patterns, user personas, user navigation, system workflow and reporting.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • Create and review requirements for the POT which includes multiple products – Advantage Fee, UWP and possibly TradeFlow.
  • Collaboration with the development, professional services team, Fiserv enterprise technology group and product management team to ensure implementation of the most optimized design patterns.
  • Lead the Kanban agile Project Owner team to creatively build solutions which take on market problems and harness the organization’s competencies.
  • Create and build integration solutions for Investment Service products – Revenue management and fee billing, Advice products, workflow management. Sound foundational knowledge about key programming languages like SQL reports, Data Cubes, and other reporting platforms.
  • Lead the Fiserv offshore Bangalore/Pune team for project implementations. Lead and prioritize the work intake, participation in SCRUM calls and delivery management of client projects.
  • Lead the innovation design and implementation of new Advantage Fee solutions which have a high resalable opportunity across the client segment and collaborate with the core architecture team.
  • Ability to handle complex client demands and provide functional and technical specifications for client queries. Provide detailed subject matter expertise on Fiserv investment services products..
  • Create the process to forecast, prepare, review, and approve project cost estimates, assist in business case plans and work on go to market plans.
  • Have the ability to travel 15%

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or computer science and/or related field required.
  • Master’s degree in business or computer science will be preferred
  • 5 + years’ experience in development, business analysis and product management with a large organization.
  • Experience with SQL Server
