The Data Intelligence Office (DIO) is responsible for shaping and executing the data agenda for the firm to power data as a competitive advantage and source of innovation. With a focus on mining big data that enters markets around the world each day, the DIO is building enterprise-level solutions to deliver game-changing business insights.
A critical mission of the Data Intelligence team is to build a world-class Client Relationship Management system for our Securities Division, including sales, sales trading and trading users globally across all products. The CRM solution offers a comprehensive platform to enhance collaboration and focused client strategy development, deliver management analytics and insights and provide sales productivity tools to support workflow efficiencies, enhance client relationships and drive new revenue streams and business models.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
How will you fulfill your potential?
- Contribute to the CRM product vision by collaborating with functional owners and engineering leads. Influence the roadmap based on forming a detailed understanding of the business functions, processes, data model and overall business strategy.
- Prioritize roadmap items and obtain buy-in across many stakeholder groups based on business benefit, effort/time to implement and measure adoption and impact via KPIs.
- Define requirements, workflows, data needs and rationalize user requests and challenge the norm to take the business to the next level.
- Collaborate within an energetic, integrated team of engineering and user experience talent in an agile development model to continuously deliver transformative capabilities.
- Partner with DIO and other engineering teams on important related projects including mobility, telephony and a firm-wide client data strategy.
- Lead training and rollout of new features and work closely with the users in a “white glove” approach to drive adoption and obtain feedback. Analyze usage and data insights within the system to further drive adoption and generate KPI metrics.
- Keep abreast with industry trends and competitors to identify and respond to new opportunities; become a go-to expert in the CRM space.
Basic Qualifications
- BS in a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-4 years of commercial experience working within technology or product management of web and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiating skills to foster collaborative relationships across business and technology teams and at all levels.
- Superior organizational, writing and analytical skills.
- Independent thinker and self-starter with proven ability to execute in complex, sophisticated environments.
- Background in financial markets.

- Partner with Product Lead on roadmap definition and feature prioritization according to the product vision

- Technical proficiency in all areas of Hardware/Software technologies relevant to ad serving technology, big data architecture and implementation, and internet services
- Strong ability to communicate and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Ability to turn conceptual ideas into detailed functional specifications from which product can be built
- Proven experience working with extremely tight deadlines in order to meet aggressive product schedules
