About Us

Rally On Media is a Brooklyn-based production company producing branded content, narrative commercials and social ads for some of the biggest brands in the world, from Grubhub and Seamless to the United Nations. We also work with fast growing startups like Outstanding Foods and Next Vacay.

The co-founders of Rally On Media are former management consultants who quit their corporate lives to spend 2 years living out of a car traveling the world making a tv show. On those travels, they were supported by the people we met along the way from Mongolian nomads to Nicaraguan fisherman. They fell in love with this world and the people in it, and committed their lives to sharing their stories.

Our Team Values

Passionate

  • You’re here because you have a strong belief in what you, and we, are doing. You’re motivated to constantly improve yourself. You care about this work.

Creative

  • You’re willing to think differently and take creative risks, just to try them out. You bring new ideas and energy to the team to push us forward. You seek out inspiration from other artists or businesses that we can try here.

Professional

  • You are here to have fun creating, but also remember that this is a job. You commit to goals, meet deadlines, communicate clearly, stay responsive, and let us know if anything is getting in the way of that.

Independent

  • You achieve great things without requiring constant oversight. You can work remotely. You can work through ambiguity to deliver on your goals.

Critical Thinker

  • You view everything we do, creatively or operationally, through a lens of “How can we make this better?” Not to poke holes in things we’re proud of, but to keep us evolving to be better than we are today. Conversely, you are open to receiving feedback and understand it will help you grow.
