The VP, Corporate & Field Operations will function as a member of the Management Team and work closely with cross functional partners to deliver a best in class operations, facilities and hospitality experience for our community. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive accountability for achieving key operational and financial goals and KPIs at the studio and market level
- Operationalize and execute key strategic initiatives with a focus on creating a best in class hospitality organization, improving efficiency and exceeding rider expectations
- Engage with riders to understand key desires and create strategies to address those needs
- Promote continuous studio and rider experience innovation across all studios to drive rider engagement and loyalty
- Proactively evaluate studio performance, be eh voice of the field and provide insights and recommendations to elevate studio performance
- Build on culture of hospitality and community through meaningful investment in training, people development to drive retention and employee growth
- Establish and reinforce operating best practices for Studios, improve labor distribution and build and refine the operating model
- Partner closely with the People Team to attract, develop and retain talent at the field level and across operations and facilities to support growth
- Inspires and lead people across all studs and regions with an ability to resonate culturally across a highly diverse workforce
- Partner with Retail leadership to drive retail strategy within studios operations
- Partner with VP, Strategic Finance to create strong integration between Finance and operations to optimize profitability and effectively deploy capital across the operating network
- Ensure operating compliance with all federal, state and local regulations and laws
The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:

AVP, Field Operations
Responsible for ensuring a well-trained, highly motivated workforce to provide exceptional customer service for all field activities in assigned management areas. Ensure solid execution of the company’s standardized processes and business rules in the areas of Field Operations engineering, plant maintenance, residential fulfillment and service, construction, contractor management, TQA, safety, and technical training.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the management of the daily operation of all activities supporting the field operations including all installation, service, and line activities as well as overseeing all employees and projects in those areas ensuring that the work is handled expediently and within Charter specifications.
Contribute to the company’s strategies for assigned area through the preparation of business fulfillment plans, budgeting and forecasting
Provide direction to field management for overall fulfillment of operations including technical, construction, system maintenance, safety, Field Ops engineering, TQA and cost controls
Develop appropriate work productivity, quality and overtime standards for all field technicians; ensure quotas and staffing aligns with business goals and trended future volume of activity. Create business partner relationships to ensure staffing levels are met
Directs implementation of policies and procedures
Enforce government regulations with regard to cable operations and employment laws
Manage complex projects to ensure timelines and flawless execution are obtained
Review and analyze Field Ops metrics, evaluate variances with Managers and establish appropriate action plans for improvement
Develop and maintain an effective organization through selection, training and development, compensation and motivation of staff in assigned systems

The Director of Field Operations (DFO) provides leadership, direction, mentorship, and management for multiple markets within the organization with combined revenues of $50MM or greater. The role has responsibility for the fiscal performance of assigned markets and translation of organizational objectives into market-specific objectives that increase efficiency and effectiveness. The position is based out of the home market and frequently travels to other assigned markets to develop hospital leaders, guide progress toward the strategic plan, and drive operational excellence.
As a Director of Field Operations, you will:
- Champion and represent the BluePearl mission and vision in all interactions.
- Communicate and support key initiatives impacting hospital staff, translating organizational objectives into market and hospital-specific action plans.
- In partnership with the region’s RVPs, you will monitor hospital KPIs and manages the execution of plans to achieve KPI performance objectives.
- Consistently assess the engagement level of associates; take a proactive approach to influence and drive a positive hospital climate. Accountable for associate engagement and retention.
- Foster a collaborative and trusting relationship between the Support Team and hospitals, providing feedback and engaging in dialogue to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Lead, direct, mentor and develop direct reports and high-potential indirect reports to ensure hospitals have effective and engaged local leadership. Ensures a culture of self-development is present amongst leaders and contributes to the creation of a talent pipeline to support future organizational growth.
- In partnership with P&O, responsible for hiring, training, performance coaching, and succession planning for hospital management positions.
- Ensure standards for service quality, equipment, and Clinician productivity/performance are met and that cost-effective technology is used to maximize production. Ensures fixed assets are preserved. Initiates recommendations for purchases of new equipment and improvements.
- Advise direct reports regarding labor issues including safety, security, scheduling, training, and protocols. Ensures direct reports are adhering to company policies.
- Maintain current knowledge of information technology as relates to hospital operations.
- Partner with assigned Vet Relations Manager(s) (VRMs) to collaborate on pDVM referral strategies that impact assigned markets.
- Work collaboratively with the BluePearl Support Team to develop solutions for escalated hospital matters and influences hospitals to shape adoption and ensure effectiveness of resolutions.

Working Conditions:
- Approximately 50-75% travel is required.

Director, Field Operations NEW YORK, NYOPERATIONS – LOGISTICS & FIELD OPERATIONS
Overview
What You Will Do
-
- Be responsible for the field operations processes (quality, cost and service) for all Tonal equipment including all installations (revenue, warranty, replacements) happening in the customer homes or other channels (Sales/Marketing events, Tonal or partner retail stores)
- Meet budget for Return or Rework flows as a % of installs driven by poor installs
- Develop innovative approaches to expand the types of walls on which we can install our Tonal equipment
- Meet or exceed our performance metrics for Field Operations measured in safety, time to install, successful vs scheduled installs and ultimately Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Develop business cases and plans for continuous improvement opportunities, present and communicate those plans to Tonal management in order to gain the resources needed for their implementation
- Develop and manage projects to capture those opportunities, in concert with the logistics and team members from other functions such as Retail/Sales, Marketing, Hardware, Manufacturing
- Develop innovative tools and methods to ensure installation in a home is progressing toward Six Sigma capabilities
- Create and implement a training curriculum for all installers in order to ensure the required skill level for anybody installing Tonal equipment
- Develop audit mechanism for all installers to ensure quality of install and compliance to trainings/orientation
- Create interactive dialog mechanism with installers to obtain their direct feedback and insights to drive continuous improvements
- Support new channels (retail customers, healthcare) or geographies expansion by providing support for new types of walls as required
- Help define new processes allowing Field Operations to gain scale and provide required customer service as we grow our business
- Be a change agent: challenge organizational leaders to drive continuous improvement within Tonal Logistics team and in the broader Operations team
