You will be responsible for conducting research in various disciplines to pair high-level attorneys with the most qualified expert witnesses on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities:
Research Analysts act as a resource to our attorney clients and assist them in identifying the most qualified candidates for their unique expert witness engagement needs, which will vary case by case. You will spend much of your time interacting with subject matter experts via email and conference calls to vet and screen the perfect candidate for each engagement. No two projects are ever the same and as a result, our Research Analysts must be insightful, motivated and eager to pair our clients with a perfect expert witness for all projects. This requires careful consideration of hundreds of factors from location, to qualifications, to personality traits that may lend well to a specific litigation matter. You will also be responsible for follow up with experts and other administrative tasks to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Internship to 2 years of relevant work experience

Relationship Manager (Remote)

Coleman Research

As a Coleman Relationship Manager, you will be principally responsible for growing revenue and market share across a book of business. You will be responsible for fostering deep relationships with external and internal stakeholders; seeking business development through current & prior end users; and identifying new customers that have never previously worked with Coleman. You will be able to articulate Coleman’s suite of services including Core 1:1 Expert Network Calls, Surveys, Hosted Events, Coleman ERM and our Global Network. In this role, you will partner closely with the Client Operations Manager to ensure seamless communication with the client, a smooth transition of new wins through to operational fulfilment, and overall exceptional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

New Business (Expanding active user base)

  • Initiate, develop and close new business development opportunities within a book of business primarily in North America but also pursuing global opportunities where possible, through prospecting and lead generation to maximize revenue
  • Map organizational charts of prospect organizations to identify new business leads, decision makers and key relationship managers
  • Conduct In-person and over the phone meetings with potential new users
  • Manage inbound leads to properly qualify prospects and actively engage in outreach

Coleman Research is currently recruiting a Market Research Manager to help grow our survey research business in the Western U.S. This is a remote position.

The Coleman Survey team was formed in 2012 and is the fastest-growing area of the company. Ideal applicants will have expertise with quantitative market research methodologies, stellar client relationship management and project management skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an ability to remain nimble and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of qualitative research techniques is also desirable. Responsibilities:

You will work closely with the Global Director to scope out, win and successfully deliver survey research projects end-to-end. Responsibilities of the Market Research Manager position may include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on Coleman’s survey research services
  • Participating in client calls and meetings with our sales team to identify new survey project opportunities
  • Partnering with our sales team to develop a robust pipeline of West Coast survey research projects
  • Fielding incoming research requests from West Coast clients and scoping out survey research projects
  • Working with our sales team to recommend the best research approach in our quotes and proposals
  • Managing West Coast survey projects and all related day-to-day research execution activities
  • Assisting in building out and developing a West Coast Survey team over time

Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of quantitative primary market research experience
    • Prior experience in a client-facing role and top-notch client relationship management skills
    • Experience leading, managing and growing key client relationships and achieving positive revenue growth
    • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
    • Knowledge of and/or experience with various research modes (i.e. online, CATI)
    • Strong research methodologist – ability to understand clients’ needs and recommend the best approach
    • Broad quantitative research experience (i.e., brand health studies, concept tests, customer experience, etc.)
    • Stellar market research project management skills – agile research experience a plus
    • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills

We also believe in giving back to our communities. In that spirit, we provide each employee 2 paid community service days per year, and, as an organization, participate in other volunteer and fundraising activities that are meaningful to our employees.

We have an interactive management team, and an open and collaborative work environment, whereby we value creativity of thought and listen to the voice of our employees.
