What Do We Need?

We are looking for Experienced Recruiters/Sales in Healthcare. Occupations we focus on Healthcare will include but not limited to Psychologists, Physicians, and Surgeons, Dentists, Podiatrists, Pharmacists, Nurse Anesthetists, and Optometrists to name a few! If you have experience in any of these fields, we are looking for you. As a recruiter, you will be placed in various areas of the full life recruitment cycle and will master that area. You will work with the other cycles, utilizing a close-knit network built for success. You will be expected to daily document your progress and remain in constant communication with management on your progress. You will work remotely, location does not matter the only effort.

How Will You Be Paid? The Healthcare Recruiter will receive a $200 commission completed a direct placement with a client, resulting in a sales conversion in addition to a $50,000 annual salary. The salary goes into effect after five (5) placements.

There are 3 main avenues to be paid. CONTINGENCY, RETAINER & CONTAINER. How you choose to close the client will be up to you and your closing ability. These are the following examples.

Contingency- You will not be paid until the candidate is placed.

Retainer- You will be paid upfront before the position is filled.

Container- You will be paid half of the fee upfront before the search and the other half upon placing the candidate.

We offer uncapped commission, so your earning potential is up to you. You will receive monthly increases and bonuses based on how many you place and convert.
