We are seeking a self-directed change agent who stands out as a clinical instructor, mentor and nurse leader. The Clinical Specialist serves as a clinical advisor for patient care programs and services in addition to serving as a clinical resource for all levels of nursing staff. Provides both clinical and leadership support through clinical interaction with the nursing staff. Responsibilities will include:
