The Editorial Assistant handles a range of editing and assisting duties across the brand ( Parents and Parents Latina ) and within the Lifestyle department (which covers home décor, food, crafts, pets, and shopping/products pages, among other topics). In terms of specifics, this assistant will:

  • Handle general administrative work, including scanning files; handling mail, packages, and messenger requests; filling in for other assistants as needed; helping plan staff meetings and events, and otherwise assisting senior editors across the brand as requested
