In this role, you’ll work closely with our team of producers as well as our Chief Creative Officer and VP of Technology. You’ll guide the development of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and at the highest level of quality.

As a Senior Producer, you’ll partner with the client and team to create and maintain schedules, communicate progress and status of multiple projects, coordinate people and resources, identify challenges, and recommend solutions. Digital products and projects are quickly evolving targets. That means you’ll be juggling multiple plates in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.

Key Duties

  • Be extremely solutions oriented and an excellent communicator
  • Manage production teams and the process on all projects from and serve as an escalation point for (client and internal) issues as they arise
  • Create and manage project timelines to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget
  • Be involved in all project kick off meetings to help determine team strategy, milestones, scope, and production schedule
  • Develop working relationships with clients on a regular basis, ensuring clients’ understanding of each project and their satisfaction with the production processes
  • Conduct resource and requirement gathering meetings with clients, along with the technical director and business development team—be the person who understands the requirements the most

This role works closely with the account service, digital strategy, creative, studio, and development teams to establish priorities, outline deliverables, and manage the successful completion of digital projects. What it takes

  • Assists in management of all project phases, including strategy, content creation, design, development, and quality assurance for digital projects

We are seeking a Senior Digital Producer to join our New York Digital Production team.

The Senior Digital Producer provides production expertise and oversight at every opportunity, from concept development to execution. A strong digital background is a must, as is the ability to push projects of all types into exciting new arenas, including interactive, mobile, experiential, social media, video, and emerging tech.
