Essential Job Functions
Completions:
o Work closely with the field and corporate teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
o Investigate alternate fracture stimulation applications .
o Work with Reservoir and Geology to identify key components for improving stimulation treatments to achieve the right balance of cost and performance.
o Interact with govt. regulatory officials to ensure proper approvals and permits.
o Evaluate stimulation companies and work to develop best in class vendors . .
Non-Operated Operations:
o Review drilling and workover communications from Operators and notify management team when unusual events on operations for partner projects.
Budget Planning:
o Coordinate and track budgets for operated projects. Incorporate the technical aspects of development plans including identification of potential constraints on implementation and the impact on budget. Track actual spending to ensure that projects meet budget objectives.
Business Development:
o Assist in acquisitions by working closely with geology, land, operations, to estimate reserves and future cost impacts for the economic model.
