Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain system safety processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Train and coach engineers on identifying and analyzing system safety risks
  • Work with systems engineering and subsystem responsible engineers to identify and verify compliance with system safety requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. degree in aerospace engineering or related field
  • 5+ years engineering experience in the aerospace industry with 3+ years system safety or reliability engineering experience performing PHAs, FHAs, PSSAs or SHAs or SSHAs, FMEA/FMECAs, FTAs, & CCAs

Fire Protection Engineer

Protection Engineer include:

This person will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Company’s Safety, Health and Environmental Program. The Safety Engineer shall ensure compliance of Company and regulatory safety and environmental requirements. The Safety Engineer shall be responsible for supporting a work environment that reduces the potential for work-related injury or illness in compliance with OSHA and other safety-related local and federal guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain the Company’s Safety Program Manual;
