Lead our digital production design to reflect Profile’s story, brand, look and feel with an emphasis on user engagement. Must possess the ability to articulate digital design expertise in usability methodologies and modern digital tactics . Must have an eye for detail to create compelling, usable and inspirational digital content that connects to our audiences. Develop graphic assets for all digital channels, including but not limited to: websites, web landing pages and mini sites, mobile sites, ad campaigns, emails, banner ads and social media. Must be willing to take initiative to contribute and make suggestions pushing creative boundaries, as well as initiate and execute digital creative brief guidelines and specs.
Provide development-ready handoffs optimized for the web. Evaluate content and consider the context of final output to communicate early and mitigate risk around missing or required content deliverables. Collaborate closely with Creative Director, Lead Designers and Digital Marketing to obtain buy in and ensure cohesiveness across all of our creative assets.
Train and mentor graphic designers in their talent transformation with an emphasis on a digital first mindset. Lead digital designers in support of overall goals and objectives related to marketing campaigns and brand standards. Participate in the media design community to foster an extensive knowledge of trends and new techniques. Must possess user-centered design experience with a solid understanding of user-focused design principles, basic UX and front-end development knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with XD and developers.
Responsible for innovating, designing, building and taking long-term ownership of Profile by Sanford’s digital presence. Must be an expert in web design, digital trends, and familiar with using digital platforms such as WordPress. Proficient in SEO, digital design, information architecture and user experience. Ability to demonstrate experience with a proven portfolio of work.
Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field or minimum of six years applicable work experience.
Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, configures and maintains website(s) for internal and external communications for the company and/or for external customers and clients.
Ensures website(s) is available to the desired audience with appropriate links and security.

Position Summary:Develop and maintain web applications and programs in an agile development workflow. Design, code, test, implement, debug and help to maintain college intranet and internet web applications; develop web solutions for grants related projects; monitor application servers to ensure uptime and availability. Provide support to grant administrators, faculty and staff of the college including, providing viable web-solutions to support the colleges’ mission and grant related activities, developing and updating user guides, and training users on how to use web solutions. Research new web technologies and tools and prototype new web-sites for demonstration purposes and maintain project status reports for dissemination at weekly meetings.Qualifications:

Preferred Experience: Proficient understanding of code versioning tools in a team setting (GIT preferred). Experience successfully writing unit and BDD testing. Experience working with Drupal multi-sites, including writing code following strict Drupal standards and best practices. Experience with front-end built tools (Gulp, Yarn). Experience with agile scrum development model. Experience using API portals such as MuleSoft.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Working knowledge and understanding of component-based theming. Ability to write code following industry standard best practices with automated tests. Working knowledge of dependency management tools such as Composer or Node. Demonstrated writing ability. Proficient knowledge in Drupal API, third party modules and system architecture. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and advise and provide solutions to problems in a team setting. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, time and project management skills.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Comfortable with command-line tools such as Drush. Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS) and front-end frameworks (Bootstrap). Experience with Acquia’s BLT development tool.
