The opportunity.
As the User Experience Design Manager, you will manage designers who are focused on creating effective, low-effort, product+service solutions for employers across a range of company sizes (small, medium, large, and enterprise businesses), roles (hiring manager, talent acquisition, human resources, etc.), and team sizes. The goal is to make complex hiring scenarios be perceived and experienced as low-effort by the user.
