KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Transfer Pricing practice.


  • Manage and deliver compliance transfer pricing services for the US tax practice.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Supervise and mentor staff members
  • Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance purposes through the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and various statistical sampling packages


  • A minimum of five years of experience with compliance transfer pricing service related projects from a US public accounting firm
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, mathematics, or statistics from an accredited college/university
  • Completion of fifty percent or more of coursework and testing requirements toward a relevant advanced degree from an accredited college/university and/or professional designation such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) REAL (Real Estate Appraiser License), ABV (Accredited Business Valuation), ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser) certification, CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), MAI (Member Appraisal Institute), CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or Transfer Pricing Certificate from CIOT (Chartered Institute of Taxation) (Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesn’t currently possess one of the aforementioned credentials/designations will be required to secure one within one year from the commencement of employment)
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: transfer pricing studies, financial statement analysis, quantitative and competitive analysis, statistical sampling and econometrics, plan evaluation and/or operational performance analysis
  • Knowledge of the U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and thorough understanding of the U.S. Transfer Pricing Regulations and international transfer pricing environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Position Summary:

Crowe LLP is seeking a Transfer Pricing manager with relevant experience in the valuation of intercompany transactions within financial institutions. We are seeking candidates who are strong project managers and technicians, will develop staff and senior staff, and will build a market presence within the Financial Institution industry.


Manage and deliver transfer pricing services (including financial models and reports) to clients in any industry

Work with senior team members and tax team colleagues to develop financial and economic strategies to solve complex technical challenges that are consistent with relevant law, regulations, and guidelines

Lead staff and senior staff in performing financial and economic analyses

Interface with client’s tax, finance, and supply chain senior personnel

Actively manage the development of technical skills

Maintain knowledge of current events in global transfer pricing matters

Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients (other Professional Services teams within Crowe

Federal Tax, M&A, State and Local Tax, Audit, Consulting teams) and external clients (financial institutions)

Transfer Pricing Analysts work on a variety of assignments, including performing financial analysis, industry analysis and microeconomic research to assist companies in pricing their intercompany transactions. Our analysts gain experience in many facets of global consulting, including:

  • Performing financial and statistical analysis for clients that include Fortune 500 companies, top ranked law firms, non-profits, and government organizations
  • Designing and applying complex financial models to analyze and price intercompany transactions for products, services, intellectual property, and financial instruments
  • Conducting interviews with our clients’ executive leadership teams to gather focused insight into their company’s global operations

Danfoss is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our Tax organization at our Baltimore, Maryland location in the US.


The Transfer Pricing Manager is responsible for supporting Transfer Pricing initiatives across the North and Latin America Regions. The individual is a strong leader is adept at driving change and achieving results within a dynamic business environment. This position interacts with internal and external business partners which requires excellent communication skills.

Background & Skills
To be considered for this position, you will need the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required in Tax; Transfer Pricing strongly preferred
  • Experience with multinational companies is preferred

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain knowledge of US Transfer Pricing regulations.
  • Prepare/review US Transfer Pricing documentation for all US companies/units as well as segmentation reports for all companies in NAM/LAM regions.
  • Support global Transfer Pricing projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring reviews, as either a team leader or participant.
  • Prepare/review Transfer Pricing documentation for global companies/units including the review of TP benchmarks for global regions and countries.
  • Create/approve service agreements for all necessary areas.
  • Work on integration of divisions in US legal entities.
  • Assist in all Transfer Pricing aspects of North American and other NAM/LAM tax audits
  • Maintain relationships with Global Controllers, GS and other Danfoss personnel. Also, be a main contact for all legal entities in the NAM/LAM regions.
  • Prepare group data to support audits and support audits in Americas and other entities globally
  • Act as the SME and trainer for Transfer Pricing for internal teams
  • Domestic and International Travel required
